Congress leader Rahul Gandhi called Dharmendra Pradhan a “criminal education minister” on Friday. “A symbol of the collapse of India’s education system must be removed,” he added as he presented a student protester before the media, who was allegedly shot with pellet gun by security personnel during the July 20 protests.
